Using Passwords

Your password is assigned and used for both the popup box on entry to the members only section as well as anywhere else you are asked for it. The popup box requires your membership number as user and your password. Both are always Case Sensitive and can be changed to anything you desire by using the edit function in the member database.

If you've lost your password or you've never been sent your password, you can get it quickly providing your current email is already in our database. If you still have problems, contact Bill and request that one be assigned.


Searching

The search box reacts to the complete string and is NOT case sensitive. Single words work best and are more likely to bring the most results.

Adding Your Record

Click on Add, fill in the form as completely as possible. Some fields are required. If you miss a required field you will be told when you attempt to submit your record. The new or edited records are held in a temporary file for review for security purposes before actually being added to the main database. This is usually done in less than three days.


Editing Your Record

Click on Edit, review the information for accuracy and make any desired changes. We invite you to also add a couple of pictures. We have allocated a way for you to upload both a service picture and a recent picture. Each picture is limited in size to 100k. The edited records are also held in a temporary file for review for security purposes before actually being added to the main database. This is usually done in less than three days.
